Bistro 12 is a European-style eatery in the heart of Chapala. We specialize in degustation, chef’s tasting menu, of six special dishes prepared and served sequentially. The result is a leisurely afternoon or evening of conviviality and wondrous food.
We are open by appointment so we can discuss menu selection with our guests and prepare something based on their preferences.
Opened in the depths of the pandemic, Agustin, the chef and owner had his dream to offer top quality and fabulous cuisine to a small group of diners in the degustation way: leisurely and wonderful to allow for conversation and a shared experience.
Teaming up with his partner, Julie, they made the dream come true in downtown Chapala. The rest, as they say, is history.
